Tasdiruna is a biannual, peer-reviewed, open access journal that publishes scholarly research on Islamic law and its interaction with contemporary social change. Tasdiruna is a peer-reviewed, open access academic journal that provides a scholarly platform for the study of Islamic law in relation to social transformation, legal reform, and contemporary global challenges. The journal is dedicated to promoting critical, analytical, and interdisciplinary research that bridges classical Islamic legal traditions with modern social realities.
Tasdiruna publishes high-quality original research articles, conceptual studies, and critical analyses that examine Islamic law within diverse contexts, including social justice, human rights, gender issues, economic systems, public policy, and technological developments.
