About the Journal
Tasdiruna: International Journal of Islamic Law and Social Transformation is a peer-reviewed, open access academic journal that provides a scholarly platform for the study of Islamic law in relation to social transformation, legal reform, and contemporary global challenges. The journal is dedicated to promoting critical, analytical, and interdisciplinary research that bridges classical Islamic legal traditions with modern social realities.
Tasdiruna publishes high-quality original research articles, conceptual studies, and critical analyses that examine Islamic law within diverse contexts, including social justice, human rights, gender issues, economic systems, public policy, and technological developments. The journal encourages contributions that explore both normative and empirical dimensions of Islamic legal studies, as well as comparative and transnational perspectives.
The journal is published biannually (June and December) and welcomes submissions from scholars, researchers, legal practitioners, and policymakers from around the world. All manuscripts undergo a rigorous peer-review process to ensure academic integrity, originality, and scholarly contribution.
